'I Should Be So Lucky' has been committed by the government of Australia as one of the 10 iconic 'Sounds of Australia' an official yearly register which serves to represent the cultural heritage of Australia through the medium of 'sound'.
A wide variety of 'sounds' are included: iconic political speeches, early recordings of indigenous songs, landmark comedy recordings etc..etc...anything really of cultural significance in the history of the country, so for STOCK, AITKEN, WATERMAN to be included in this prestigious list is worthy of celebration.
