Can you do daytime events at County Hall café on the terrace, Riverside rooms and Ozu restaurant?
Yes, as well as evening events.
What types of events can you accommodate?
Conferences, meetings, product and press launches, receptions, dinners, Christmas parties, fashion shows and many more
What is the capacity for a seated dinner at County Hall?
Riverside room 1 will seat 120 combining room 1 and 3 you can seat 220. Ozu restaurant and Café on the terrace can accommodate up to 210.
What is the capacity for a theatre style conference?
200 in the Debating Chamber or 150 in Riverside Room 1.
Do you have on-site caterers?
We are a very flexible venue. We work with on-site caterers and also work with approved suppliers who are familiar with the spaces within County Hall and offer a professional service. Any non-approved supplier that a client wishes to use will be subject to a approval and additional charges may apply.
What’s the earliest time we can begin set up?
7am.
Do you provide AV equipment?
Yes we can arrange that for you.
Is the venue air conditioned?
Yes.
Can you smoke in County Hall?
No, but guests can smoke on the terrace which overlooks the Thames and Houses of Parliament.
Can you use candles?
No, there can be no naked flames in the space however battery operated candles make for an authentic alternative.
Do you offer a Day Delegate Rate?
Yes for our spaces prices start @ £95/Hour.
Do you offer a 24 hour rate?
Not exactly but we are happy to arrange accomodation with both Premier Travel Inn and Marriot hotels situated in site.
