Chef of Japanese Cuisine

Ozu Restaurant, London County Hall

Located in front of London Eye on the South Bank. The restaurant specialises in traditional Japanese cuisine and chefs prepare food and cook infront of the customers. They should also be able to communicate to the customer about the cuisine.
Applicants should have the following experience:
  • Minimum 2 years working in a Japanese kitchen
  • Making sashimi including filleting the fish
  • Experience cooking with teppan, grill and deep fat fryer
  • Highly motivated and passionate about Japanese food
  • Happy to work shifts including weekends and evenings
  • Smart appearance and professional attitude
